If you are interested in Educational issues, especially strategies for dealing with bullying in school, if you want to share other ideas for classroom management and living with teenagers and if you like Live theatre and Amateur Drama and Musical Comedy, then we may have a few ideas to share with each other.

Until his second retirement in 2002 Eric Jones, B.Ed. taught part-time and was Head of Drama Productions and Head of Fifth Year at Trinity School, Croydon. Previously Deputy Head of The Archbishop Michael Ramsey School, Southwark, Eric now offers INSET training and conference sessions on Anti-Bullying, Classroom Management, Positive Pastoral Care, Effective Meetings, Creative Thinking, ‘Living With Teenagers’ and Christian Education. He is co-author of Bullying-A Practical Guide for Teachers (now in a third edition - Longmans) and the Kidscape Bullying Workshop Manual. He has written training booklets for youth groups, on Story Telling, Drama and Worship. Eric now also helps local amateur youth theatre and adult groups in South Wales with drama skills and producing/directing plays and musical shows.

In 2000 Eric was selected as one of Kidscape’s ‘Children’s Champions’ at The Dome in London, for improving the lives of children over 25 years and was presented with one of The Mayor of Croydon’s Citizenship Awards in 2001.

Eric is married with two children and a son-in-law all in professional show business.
